Returns Policy

We hope that you will always be delighted with the products you order from us. However, if you wish to return your goods, please follow the instructions below:


Returns

All goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch, including exchanges.

They must come back in perfect order with swing ticket in place, unwashed and unworn. Used or customer-damaged items cannot be funded or exchanged. Please send your returned items to the address provided on the Returns Form sent with your ordered item. The relevant code for the item should be on this. You should also indicate your reason for returning the ordered item on the form. You will also need to reaffirm your contact address on this form.

We strongly recommend you get proof of postage from the Post Office on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or delayed in the postal system without this.

Returned postage cannot be refunded. However, if the wrong item has been sent and you wish to have a replacement, Postage and Packaging will be free for redelivery.

Please note that underwear cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Bikini bottoms will only be refunded or exchanged where the plastic hygiene strip has not been removed.

We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery (unless the goods ordered were faulty or not what you ordered).


Exchanges

Please complete the Returns Form, specifying that you wish to exchange the item and giving details of the item you would like in exchange. Please check stock levels for your chosen item on our website before completing the Returns Form.

If you would like to exchange your item for say, a different size, and that new size is not available, then you will be entitled to a full refund of the value of the item.


Processing Returns and Exchanges

We will endeavour to process all refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible but please allow at least 14 days within busy periods.
